What items do I need to bring for check-in?

Bring your confirmation letter, and signed liability form (1 per person)

When can I check-in?

Check-in is available from Nov 29th, 12:30pm - 14:20pm. Please email us if you need to check-in outside of this period.

Meals and Lodging question: why are there individual checkboxes for them?

If you will stay with us the entire time, then make sure everything is checked. If not, then please only check the ones that will apply. We need to know how many people to expect to provide the right amount of supply.

I registered, but have not received the confirmation email

Our registration confirmation email may be labeled as Spam. Please check Spam folder.

I registered, what should I do if I need to modify my information?

The Confirmation Form looks funny, text overlaps and looks messy.

That is just the encoding issue of your browser, change your browser’s encoding to Big5.

I am 21yrs or older, do I still need a Liability Release Agreement?

Yes, everybody needs one. Please bring your signed liability release agreement with you to the retreat, one per person.
